Any duties and taxes that are imposed on your order are due upon delivery. These charges are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by VAC. Please consult your local customs office for more details about any applicable duties and taxes.

Ticket orders for events at the Kilauea Military Camp Theater will be held at the theater box office, and are available for pick-up one hour prior to show time on the same day as the show only. Tickets for events at other locations will be held at the event check-in table. In other words, tickets are NOT mailed. Please note that all ticket sales are final.

When you register for classes & workshops, we send you registration information--including directions and what to bring to your class or workshop--at least 1 week prior to the class or workshop (or, if you enrolled after that, as soon as possible before the start date of the class or workshop). Please e-mail us if you have not received this information so we can re-send it.

If items are in stock, they are generally shipped within 1 week of receipt of your order and delivered within 10 business days of shipping (U.S. addresses). If items are temporarily out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible. To ensure the safety of fragile items, your order may be shipped in separate packages. All online orders are shipped to your billing address for order security. To have your order shipped to a different address, please place your order by phone.

For deliveries to all 50 U.S. states and territories. Allow 5 to 10 days for delivery.

For deliveries outside of the 50 U.S. states and territories. Allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.

For deliveries within the state of Hawai'i. Door to door delivery to business and residential addresses. Allow 3 to 5 days for delivery. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

For deliveries to the 48 continental U.S. states plus Alaska and Puerto Rico. Door to door delivery to business and residential addresses. Allow 4 to 8 days for delivery. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

For deliveries outside the 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico. Door to door delivery to business and residential addresses. Allow 7 to 14 days for delivery. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Please note that all memberships, and ticket orders, are final. Sorry, we do not give refunds, credits, or exchanges on these items.

DISCOUNT, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICIES:
 
Membership Discounts:  VAC members whose memberships are current at the time of the first class meeting are eligible for a 10% discount on class tuition (after materials).

If for any reason you need to cancel a class or workshop, you must contact us at least 72 hours prior to the start time of the class or workshop (or the first class or workshop in a series) for a full refund. No refund will be made 1) if you don't attend all or part of a class or workshop (or one or more classes or workshops in a series), or 2) if you didn't let us know ahead of time (with 72 hours notice). If we have to cancel a class or workshop due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.

If you are not completely satisfied, items may be exchanged or refunded. For national orders, items must be returned within 45 days from the date that we shipped them to you; for international orders, items must be returned within 90 days from the date that we shipped them to you. Items listed as final sales above are excluded. Shipping & handling charges cannot be refunded. When exchanging, please include new product description(s) and numbers(s), and make sure to include the appropriate shipping & handling charge for your new order.
