Performances
MUSIC, DANCE & THEATER

Annual and special performances give the Big Island community a chance to participate in Volcano Art Center's shows, both as enthusiastic audiences and as talented performers. People come back year after year to watch and be a part of our music and dance concerts and theater productions, knowing that they'll see high quality, enjoyable entertainment. Performing in genres from Hawaiian, Bluegrass, and Flamenco to Classical, Modern, and Opera, local and visiting musicians, dancers, and actors provide opportunities for visitors and residents to experience everything from world-class to amateur performances. Most shows take place in the historic Kilauea Military Camp Theater located in Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park.
