     Events at Niaulani

From our 'Ohana Sunday lecture series about the art and culture of Hawai'i to our annual "Love the Arts" fundraiser near Valentine's Day, we offer a variety of exciting events at our Niaulani Campus.
     Group Programs

We design custom group programs for any size and type of group, in any area, on any topic. Let our highly trained staff show you a Hawai'i rich with culture and untamed natural beauty.
     Things Hawaiian

The Na Mea Hawai'i Program encompasses a broad range of Hawaiian cultural offerings, including the popular Hula Kahiko Performance Series and traditional arts and craft demonstrations at the Gallery.
     Readings & Literary Events

Hawai'i's rich tradition of storytelling has produced a diverse group of writers and speakers, whose works span the gamut from poetry and fiction to cultural history and the environment and are graciously shared with the public.
     Christmas in the Country

The holiday season in Volcano begins around Thanksgiving, and continues through the New Year, when the Gallery celebrates with good cheer, artist appearances, special holiday displays, and our Annual Invitational Wreath Exhibit.

The Annual Cultural Festival - a free, day-long family event each July celebrating native Hawaiian culture, crafts, hula, and music - and After Dark in the Park - a series of free Tuesday evening programs on topics of geology, biology, Hawaiian culture, and history - are some of the activities sponsored by Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park.
