VOLCANO VILLAGE

Located at an elevation of nearly 4,000' in a lovely rainforest setting, this intimate, friendly community of approximately 2,500 residents welcomes visitors year-round.

Volcano Village hosts a visitors center, post office, laundromat, Sunday morning Farmers Market, and a wide variety of accommodations. A choice of restaurants allows for fine or casual dining, and stores offer groceries, gas, video rentals, ATM machines, internet access, arts & crafts, tropical flowers, and more. The Volcano Winery and Volcano Golf & Country Club are located just a few miles away.

Volcano's weather can be variable, from clear and warm to cool and rainy. Dressing in layers and being prepared for rain is always a good idea. Average yearly rainfall varies between 100" and 125" with temperatures usually between 50 to 75 degrees.
