Volcano Art Center's Annual Meeting is a chance for members to meet the current board of directors and staff, review the activities and events of the past year, elect new members to the board, and discuss any other business that may come before the membership. You can read about the prospective board members and suggested bylaw changes.

2009 Letter To Members October 9, 2009 Dear Volcano Art Center Member, We hope you will be able to join us for our Annual Membership Meeting on Friday evening, November 6th in the Great Room at our Niaulani Campus in Volcano Village. The doors open at 5:30 p.m., to allow you time to sign in and enjoy a light supper before we get down to business. Our nominating committee has recruited an outstanding slate of candidates for our Board of Directors. Their profiles are included in this mailing. We will also welcome nominations from the floor. In addition to the election, you will have a chance to hear about noteworthy events of the past year and get an update on what our plans are for the future. Because parking at Niaulani is currently limited, we urge you to carpool. If you can not attend, please complete and return the enclosed proxy ballot no later than November 4th. If you have a dual/family membership or above, you are receiving two ballots; each must be signed by an individual who is included in your membership. Voting instructions are on the enclosed ballot. You must be a member of the Volcano Art Center at the time of the annual meeting to vote, either in person or through a proxy-holder.
