Patricia Gleason is the owner of Patricia’s Transitions, a retail store in downtown Hilo since 2003 that offers gifts, natural therapy and healing. Patricia is a certified Flower Essence and Aroma Therapy Practitioner, having studied Australian Bush, Hawaiian and North American essence properties. Patricia is a current member of the Hilo Zonta Club and has past board officer, governance and leadership experience with Bay Clinic (2003-2007) and the Girl Scouts of Hawaii (1985-1991). Currently, Patricia is a coach and facilitator-in-training for women’s empowerment classes based on the 1995 popular poem Imagine a Woman. Patricia was elected to the board in 2010 and serves on the Membership Committee.
